Finance
The Finance Department has the fiduciary responsibility to safeguard the City’s financial assets and manage the finances in accordance with generally accepted accounting and financial management principles.
The general functions of Finance include budgeting, audits, cash and investment management, payroll, utility billing and collections, debt administration, accounts payable, banking services, business licensing, and the coordination and implementation of related internal controls.
Effective, November 2009 we are giving vendors the option of receiving their payments electronically. If you are a city vendor and interested in having your payments deposited directly into your bank account you can complete the ‘Electronic Accounts Payable’ form and mail, fax, or e-mail it.
